We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused lighters in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, all returned items must be completely free of lighter fluid and fuel.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and email address.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the lighter is empty of all fuel, placed in its original gift box, and packed securely in a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return for safety and quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
