Are your Zippo lighters authentic and covered by a warranty?
Yes, every Zippo lighter sold on our store is 100% authentic and comes with the world-famous Zippo Lifetime Guarantee: 'It works or we fix it free™'.
Do lighters arrive pre-filled with fuel?
For safety reasons during transit and to comply with shipping regulations, all Zippo lighters are shipped empty. You will need to purchase Zippo premium lighter fluid separately to fill your lighter upon arrival.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for fashion and limited edition lighters?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused lighters in their original packaging. Please note that once a lighter has been filled with fuel or struck, it can no longer be returned for a refund due to safety and resale regulations.

Can I customize a Zippo lighter with a custom engraving?
